A note from Dr. Miguel

After years in a clinic-based practice, I made the heartfelt decision to start a house call business, driven by a desire to provide more personalized and unobstructed medical care. In the clinic, I often felt that the pressures and limitations imposed by administering an office and felt that insurance requirements hindered my ability to fully connect with and treat my patients as I knew best. By transitioning to a fee-for-service-based house call practice, I've removed these barriers, allowing me to focus solely on your health and well-being without the interference of insurance constraints and the burden of running an office. This change has enabled me to dedicate the time and attention each patient deserves, ensuring that I can deliver care that is not only effective but deeply personal.
